WORK TASKS

We are looking for an After Sales Engineer to join ABB Oy Marine & Ports after sales team. In this role, you will work closely with both internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and requests related to spare parts. You will primarily be involved in providing technical support for spare parts and product inquiries, including part numbers and product specifications.

Your main responsibilities:

👉 Handle customer inquiries regarding spare parts and technical details for products.

👉 Provide detailed technical information related to mechanical and electrical components.

👉 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer needs.

👉Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously with a proactive and systematic approach.

👉Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, efficient service.

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. The role is initially a one-year contract with Adecco with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

To succeed in this position, you should have educational background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Gained some relevant working experience in similar role but also good technical knowledge.

The professional that we are looking for to this position has:

👉 proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

👉 Finnish language is considered an advantage.

👉 ability to work independently and manage several customer projects at once.

👉strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

👉excellent communication and organizational skills.
